If you are an international student of Chongqing Medical University (CQMU), and you want to communicate with the Dean of College of International Education (CIE) one-on-one, please download the latest version of “Application Form for Appointment with Dean of CIE, CQMU” (YZJDW), open the downloaded file with Microsoft Word, fill in and submit theformfollowing the instructions shown on Word notes.

If you are chosen for an appointment, CIE will send back your form withacompletedreceipt (see “Sample of YZJDW with receipt. pdf”). Please attend the appointment at the time and place indicated in the receipt.
